Valentine's Day Contest.

My 26th Birthday...

I can't express the joy that I felt on my birthday. Believe it or not, everything I do involves a lot of work and a lot of thought. I am perfectionist and when I have a vision, I can't accept anything but it happening to completion. I have never had a surprise birthday party. I'm honestly not a fan of surprises because nothing really excites me but seeing the fulfillment of what I set forth to do. On that note, I really saw who my real friends were-when we sat in the room of the Marriott in Times Square NYC and I looked around, I told my newest good friend who came all the way from LA, "I'm gonna look back and really appreciate all of this". Everyone was there, dressed to the T, excited to be there on one of the coldest days of the season directly following a blizzard. That moment was worth all of the time, stress, money, more stress and more money and planning that went into planning that party. I couldn't have asked for more. The Venue was amazing. Thanks Rich. Thanks to everyone that came out. We had an amazing time. I hope you all enjoy your gift bags. 

Directly following my party I had to attend my grandmother's funeral in Maryland. Talk about bad timing. But what could've been a really sad day ended up being amazing. I got to see so much of my family who I haven't seen in a long time. Everyone was in good spirits. My mother, my heart, was all smiles. It was my father's mother. But he seemed to be in good spirits too. I didn't want to leave but I had to get back to New York. Little did I know there was a surprise waiting. 

I was told that there was another party being planned for me that evening. So i rallied up the troops and I got in town and headed directly to the party. Thanks Brice, Andre & Club Secret. I love my friends and everyone who keeps me sane in my crazy little world.  I know i'm a handful.   lol. I couldn't have asked for a more exhausting, but spacial birthday!!

(Celebrating like a true capricorn: We start and end the year and I started and ended my birthday with a party. lol). Couldn't have done it without ya!

Coming To A City Near You!!

 The "I wanna Meet A PornStar" tour is a highly publicized new venture that has many people excited and anticipating the kickoff. Even before our first show, we have 2 confirmed dates. I hope to see my fans there as this is a new branch in my career. I'm sure the blogs will be abuzz with feedback and I hope some of you are there to experience it first hand. I, along with the other two Stars, will put on a hot show, take pictures, sign autographs and some DVDs will be given away. Tonight in Detroit (September 14th), I will be the opener. I'm a bit nervous but excited. The following show will be in the LA area October 4th. (Flyers attached). OK. I have a plane to catch!

Too often we hear of people, young especially, who have lost hope, happiness and purpose in life, resulting in depression, extensive drug and alcohol use, and even

the taking of their own lives. All of my life, I have known how it feels like to be unaccepted, feel like an outcast, alone and rejected. It's difficult and not everyone has the same strength I had to overlook or move past it. Everyone needs support and to know they're not alone-even me. Once upon a time, I took my job as an adult entertainer about as seriously as blowing a bubble-it was a random, fun but temporary experience that I expected to end shortly after it began. But that changed. Somehow this became a journey-the beginning of my path in life.  I learned with age and experience, after some time in the industry, that people really recognize and look up to me. They send me emails asking for advice sand want to learn from my experiences-whether its how to tell a parent about their confusion in sexuality, that they realize they are attracted to the same sex or that they've been molested by someone close to them at an early age. Because of these things, I could no longer remain oblivious to the people and world around me. Although I lived a sheltered, seemingly perfect childhood, I, like so many of my peers felt (and at times feel) alone. I understand, I empathize.

Just before my first film, at the age of 19, I got my first tattoo-the infamous paw print, on my inner thigh. I got it because I wanted something that people would remember me by. Well, it became more popular than I ever could've imagined. I began adding more paw prints to my body shortly after my first few films. When I became more popular, people began recognizing me as 'the guy with the paw print tattoos'. It became part of my brand, a permanent logo.

A couple of years ago, on a plane (where I get my best ideas), I was working on ideas for branding and marketing. But I also wanted to do something philanthropic-helping the community (black, gay, etc…). I love POWER. All of the positive aspects of it. The word itself gives me chills. A couple of years ago during a movie shoot, I ended the interview portion with "Paw Power". The phrase rolled off of my tongue without a thought. Hence, Paw Power was born. This simple phrase along with the logo of the paw print provides a simple, but effective statement-one that unites. It's a symbol with a cause. With that being said, I.AM.HOTROD/#TEAMHOTROD introduces My #PawPower.

My #PawPower will be a growing brand for a cause-a movement that will support those who need to find their strength, power or just don't want to feel alone. Those wear the "PAW" represent more than showing support for HotRod as a fan. Its showing support for the cause. I look forward to working with companies and organizations and taking this to the next level. Already over 100 shirts have been given out, with more products for sell coming soon, which will support organizations supporting our journey.

No matter who we are-gay or straight, young or old, the bullied and mistreated, sick or healthy, black or white, etc...we all need the POWER to make it through.

Dance for You (preview) Guadeloupe, Ebony Party 2013

I recently had the honor and privilege of going to the beautiful Island of Guadeloupe to do what I love to do-perform and entertain. This was by far one of my favorite shows because everything was set up the way I wanted it and by showtime, although nervous, I was comfortable. Thanks to everyone who helped (and David). I can't wait to do it again...here in the States. Until then, enjoy this clip from the show!! (special shout out to my little helper lol)PS. I was a bit drunk. It's not often that I get to experience something brand new (i've done and seen a lot in my 25 years), so when I do, I'm like a kid all over again.  Mardi Gras 2013; My first Mardi Gras. Even though I went alone, it was definitely a moment in time I'd want to experience again. The song choice for this video was extremely fitting.
